First LEED Gold Certificated Office Building of Russia
“Renaissance Pravda” is an “A” class business center which is a sixth project of “Renaissance development” realized in Saint Petersburg. “Renaissance Pravda” is located in Khersonskaya street in the very heart of Saint Petersburg just a few steps away from Ploschad’ Aleksandra Nevskogo metro station. In spite of the fact that this business center is quite a recent creation, it’s already of huge popularity among large foreign and Russian companies. Designed in the constructivist style the building façade of the former Leningrad Branch of “Pravda” newspaper headquarters facing Khersonskaya street was carefully preserved in the course of the reconstruction works becoming a landmark sign of the business center. The interiors of the business center reflect an honorable atmosphere of the cultural capital combining a 4-storeyed atrium with small balconies and street lamps.
“Renaissance Pravda” is a modern office center satisfying generally accepted European “A” class standards characterized by a combination of functionality, modern high-tech requirements and unique design.
Our craving for creation of comfortable conditions for operation of our tenants has been successfully assessed by the U.S Green Building Council and acknowledged by granting an international award to us (“International Property Awards 2013-2014”). The building has been designed in conformity with the European ecological regulations and health and safety regulations what created grounds for obtaining the first Golden LEED certificate in Russia and helped us to become a winner in three international nominations: the “Best Office” in Russia as well as the “Best commercial refurbishment project” in Russia and in Europe.
Renaissance Pravda has an excellent accessibility:
- “Alexandra Nevskogo” metro station is located at 10 minutes walking distance.
- The public transportation is well developed around the property and presented by tramway along Hersonskaya Street and shuttle services
- The Subject Property is located 1 500 meters away from the biggest railway station – Moskovsky Vokzal (Moscow railways station). The annual passenger stream is about 600 million passengers a year.
